Learned to use http://paste.pocoo.org/ for multilines on IRC

Tonight, I have posted a text in multilines on IRC, it's divided into multi requests on the ui frame.
Ry4an advised me to use http://paste.pocoo.org/, I have tried, it's wonderful to share information for short time.

I have provided a patch to support 'hg help config.alias'. But mg thought it's better to 'hg help alias'. After a discuss last Wednesday, I decided to adpot 'hg help config.alias' first, and then work on 'hg help -k'
